Yes, I certainly will. So far I have updated my Fee Calculator to version 3.2 (which uses the latest July 2011 eBay fees) and my Sales Log to version 2.5 (which uses the July 2011 fees), however I still need to update my Fees Chart which displays eBay fees for common amounts.

Will you update so that the fees calculated will reflect FVF on Shipping cost as of July 2011?

Building an offline shipping quote calculator is definitely not beyond the scope of reality. It is definitely possible, but it would just require a little bit of programming ingenuity to accomplish. I would need to compile a large list of all rates from all carriers and then "lookup" the correct rate at the correct time. In the future I may make one but I would also have to include a disclaimer that says the rates are from offline and are subject to change at any time.

Building an "online" shipping quote calculator is a little easier because you can use something called API's (which stands for Application Programmer's Interface) to talk programmatically to the shipping carrier and always know you are getting the most current rate.

The best I can do for you right now is to link you to these online shipping calculators...

Official eBay Shipping Calculator

USPS Postage Price Calculator

UPS Time and Cost Calculator

FedEx Rate and Transit Time Calculator

Asked you in email, but I thought I might just ask it here so everyone can see (and you can comment) would it be possible for this to tell you shipping costs(whether it would be a part of either of these 3 spreadsheets or another seperate one) for major shippers. Something we could plug in the variables (eg- if we were shipping using the USPS, we'd pick that and we'd put in express mail/priority mail/first class and the weight) and it would tell us what it would cost

I understand that you said it would require it to be able to go online. Well, that is one option, but another is to to make the sheet be offline and after you've made your selections it would tell you exactly what the shipping costs would be, just as if you had entered it on a carrier's site. It would need to be updated if anything ever changes, but I'd definitely buy it from you, it's well worth it.

Y stands for Yes and N stands for No. There is one next to each listing upgrade. You would enter "Y" if you are using that Listing Upgrade or "N" if you are not using that Listing Upgrade. You can either type the letter "Y" or you can choose it from a dropdown list. With spreadsheets, the down arrow on dropdown lists only appears when you click on the cell. So you would click on the cell once to select it, then click the down arrow that appears to make your choice.
