Removal of the "List 5 Free" and Store Inventory Formats
Previously my calculator allowed you to compare the fees for the 4 major eBay listings formats: Auction Format, Auction Format (5 Free), Fixed Price Format, and Store Inventory Format. As of March 30th 2010, eBay is removing 2 of these formats (Store Inventory and 5 Free). There is now only one Auction Format and one Fixed Price Format, but your fees will be different depending on if you have an eBay Store or not.

For non-Store owners I've set up these two side-by-side calculators. These allow you to compare the fees for Auction Format and Fixed Price Format listings using the non-store (standard) fee rates.

If you have an eBay Store you can use the calculators to the right of that labeled Auction Format (Stores) and Fixed Price Format (Stores). These calculators use the fee rates applicable to Store owners.

The cheaper of the two formats will appear with a green band and the more expensive of the two formats will appear with a red band.

Redesigned Fee Chart
I've also updated my eBay Fees Chart which now looks like this:

If you don't have an eBay Store you will want to look on the left hand side of the chart to compare the fees for Standard Auction Style and Fixed Price Formats. If you do have an eBay Store look on the right hand side of the chart to compare the fees for Auction Style and Fixed Price listings from a Store owner's perspective. You can choose which level of eBay Store you have and set other chart options using the "Edit Fee Rates" tab.

Removal of the Store Referral Credit program
As of March 30th 2010 eBay is removing the Store Referral Credit program and so I've removed it from the spreadsheet.

Free Insertion Fees for Auction Style listings starting at $0.01 to $0.99
Under eBay's new fee policy, if you are creating an No Reserve Auction Style listing and your starting price is $0.01 to $0.99 your Insertion Fees will be free. You will not pay any Insertion Fees but you can only create 100 of these free listings a month. After that you will be charged a $0.10 Insertion Fee. In Version 2.0 of the Sales Log this is taken care of automatically for you. The spreadsheet will determine whether this is your 1st to 100th listing in the month and it's Auction Style and it's starting price is $0.01 to $0.99 and you're not using a reserve and will display the correct Insertion Fee (either $0.00 or $0.10) accordingly. If you add a reserve to your auction you will not be eligible for the free Insertion Fee. eBay Store owners are also not eligible for the free Insertion Fee.
