After releasing my eBay UK spreadsheet a few days ago I've been getting a lot of good feedback on it. So far it's been working great for UK sellers selling on eBay.co.uk, but for U.S. sellers who happen to be selling on the eBay UK site, calculating fees and profit in their native currency (US Dollars) starts to get a little confusing.

Before today I had two versions of my eBay spreadsheet available, a US version and an Australian version. But today I'm releasing 3 new versions, a version for eBay Canada, a version for eBay UK, and a version for eBay Ireland. Which makes 5 versions in total now:
eBay.com (USA) (USD) -- View Screenshots
eBay.ca (Canada) (CAD) -- View Screenshots
eBay.com.au (Australia) (AUD) -- View Screenshots
eBay.co.uk (United Kingdom) (GBP) -- View Screenshots
eBay.ie (Ireland) (EUR) -- View Screenshots
Each of which has been updated with the latest, most up-to-date eBay and PayPal fee rates as of June 27, 2010. I'm also changing my policy. Before I would sell each spreadsheet separately, but now they're all sold together as one product, one unit. You only have to pay for one and you can download them all. Existing customers can download the new versions from my Download Area. New customers can purchase the spreadsheet for the first time here:

Today I've updated my eBay Sales Log spreadsheet to version 2.1. Here's what's new...
Fixed a bug that was causing Final Value Fees to be calculated incorrectly
There was a bug in version 2.0 that was causing Final Value Fees to be incorrectly calculated for Fixed Price Format items for eBay Store Owners. This only affected eBay Store owners and only affected Fixed Price Format items. Version 2.0 was incorrectly using a Final Value Fee rate of 9.0% when it should have been using 12.0%. This has been fixed in verison 2.1. In most casees, this bug would have caused your Final Value Fees to be off by about $0.50 to $1.00. Thank you to the person who discovered this bug and e-mailed me.

Spreadsheet Updates
Updated with the new Spring 2010 eBay fees
Today I'm releasing version 2.0 of my eBay spreadsheet with support for the new eBay fees as of March 30, 2010. Because we're in the midst of an eBay fee change when you download the spreadsheet you will be given two versions. One uses the fee rates prior to March 30, 2010 and one uses the fee rates from March 30, 2010 onwards. The new eBay fees become effective at midnight Pacific time on March 30, 2010. Here's what's new in version 2.0.

Over the last few weeks I've been making numerous upgrades and improvements to my eBay spreadsheet and today I'm glad to finally announce the release of version 1.5. Here's what's new in this version.
Support for older versions of Excel
Prior to version 1.5 I had an OpenOffice.org version and an Excel 2007 version. That means the spreadsheet could be opened in either OpenOffice.org (any platform) or Excel 2007 (PC) or Excel 2008 (Mac). However, I received numerous e-mails from sellers who told me they couldn't open the spreadsheet because they were still using Excel 97-2003. These older versions of Excel have technical limitations and couldn't understand my long advanced formulas. In version 1.5, I re-wrote a lot of the formulas using a different method and now the spreadsheet will work perfectly in any version of Excel. It will also now work on any spreadsheet program on any type of computer that can open an .XLS file (for instance, Numbers for the Mac). When you download the spreadsheet you will now be given 3 versions:
You can choose to use whichever version you feel most comfortable with and delete the other two.
